Sicilian pistachios are the star of this special tiramisu.
Grown in volcanic soil on Mount Etna, these pistachios are sweeter and richer than their (common) counterparts. They are roasted and blended into a smooth paste, slightly sweetened, then folded into our signature tiramisu crème. Paired with espresso soaked savoiardi fingers, this is a dessert that is both robustly and creamy.
